If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange if:
• You have the original till slip
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
Note:
• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded
• NO custom / engraved/printed items can be returned.

Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery fee should you choose to cancel your order or request a refund. You will be held accountable to pay for any courier fees in order to retrieve item/s back to the shop.
